All support contract customers have access to our online helpdesk in order to log, manage and report on any support issues that arise. However, if you would rather speak directly to an engineer about a problem or to ask advice, then we have a dedicated support telephone line available. Under the cover of a support contract, our customers have the comfort of knowing that any problems will receive a guaranteed response, at a known and predetermined price.
With a support contract in place, customers can log an unlimited number of calls knowing there will be no additional charges. In the instance where customers with lower contract levels, require improved service levels, e.g. need onsite assistance in addition to having a telephone/remote support contract, further assistance can be purchased on a time and materials basis.
