From entry level “return to bench” repair services, to proactive 4-hour onsite cover, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have a support level that will suit your needs.
All support contract customers have access to our online helpdesk in order to log, manage and report on any support issues that arise. However, if you would rather speak directly to an engineer about a problem or to ask advice, then we have a dedicated support telephone line available.
Under the cover of a support contract, our customers have the comfort of knowing that any equipment problems will receive a guaranteed response, at a known and predetermined price. Where your agreement provides on-site services, local engineers have responsibility for the maintenance of your hardware, but if any problem should arise that they cannot solve immediately, they can call in additional expert assistance and product specialists.
